On Thursday we were privileged to share time with Marg Thorsborne an expert on Restorative Practice who was visiting from Australia. Most of the teaching staff at Oaklands have trained with her in how to use these principles to restore relationships in the school environment, when they have broken down.
As you are aware Marg visited Oaklands to present the principles of Restorative conversations to parents, so that you may be able to use these in your family lives.
