Inventors and their Inventions

We brainstormed a large list of communication tools we know about and used the ipods and laptops to research them so we could find out who invented them.
This is some of the information we found:
The telephone was invented by Alexander Graham Bell - found by Sylvia
The typewriter was invented by William Austin Burt - found by Tenequa
The camera was invented by Johann Zahn - found by Lockie
Facebook was invented by Mark Elliot Zuckerberg - found by Amber-Rose
The walkie talkie was invented by Al Ross in 1938 - found by Codi

In the 1900s (decade) with pioneering developments in wireless radio communications by Nikola Tesla and Guglielmo Marconi. Marconi won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1909 for his efforts. 
Other important inventors include:
 Charles Wheatstone and Samuel Morse (telegraph), Alexander Graham Bell (telephone), Edwin Armstrong, and Lee de Forest (radio), as well as John Logie Baird and Philo Farnsworth(television).
