We were very lucky to be visited by a Japanese lady dressed in Samurai costume and Sitara and Kokab from Pakistan who decorated students' hands with henna mehndi.
Flora, Nin and Na from China showed the students how to make Chinese lanterns. The students followed instructions really well and we were lucky enough to be able to ask the ladies questions about their home country of China. This was helpful for us as we are just beginning to learn Chinese Mandarin at school and we had many questions to ask them.
The highlight of the day was the Multicultural Assembly in the afternoon where we were entertained by our many talented students representing the different cultures at our school.
