We have been using the amazing pictures of Harris Burdick to inspire our narrative writing. Our goal has been to tell a story that informs and entertains our readers with feeling, detail and emotion. Many parents heard their children's narratives at Student Led Conferences last week. We have all now read them out at part of our Kauri Speech Competition. All students will be uploading their speeches to their blogs this week.
Azriel and Shannon will be representing Room 11 at the Speech Finals on Tuesday 23 December. We hope some of you may be able to come and watch.
