Simple Machines

We have been finding our what Simple Machines and how they create change.
We learnt that there are 7 types of simple machines:

• gears
• pulleys
• wheel and axle
• levers
• inclined plane
• wedge
• screw

We used a website called "EdHeads" where we took part in an interactive quiz to find simple machines in a house and complex machines in a shed.  This helped us to learn what they are.  Then we conducted some experiments to find out how simple machines work.  The photos below show you what we did.
